How did the K-League patch come into existence?

Rominh was born in Marseille (France) and grew up there before moving to Aix en Provence and then to Seoul (South Korea) since 2012. Very early on, he fell in love with European football and the Olympique de Marseille.

He played football in 3 clubs until the age of 18: SA Saint-Antoine, Saint-Gabriel and Cheminots Marseillais as a goalkeeper. Unfortunately a defeat in the quarter-final of the Coupe de Provence as well as lassitude will then push him to do something else.

He started playing football video games with Sensible Soccer and then International Superstar Soccer released in 1995 and has remained loyal to Konami ever since. Very early on, he liked to edit teams and players for his friends' enjoyment by sharing his option files.

His other passion is Korea, his first trip in 2005 will change his life forever. He started a blog about South Korea which became famous between 2005 and 2009 and will become a media between 2009 and 2011.

In his blog, he shares his interest in Korean music, history and cinema. It was later that he discovered the K-League.

His experience will push him to become a founder of his own media talking about Korean celebrity news with success.

Indeed, in 2011, he sells his media to a Korean company after 7 years of passion and work. After that, he decided to move to Korea. He misses football and OM terribly, so he tries to adopt the K-League world quickly. Everything is different, but for him, the atmosphere and the matches are better than expected. A new passion begins.

He became a fan of Ulsan Hyundai FC from 2016 for certain reasons such as the year of its creation, similar to his birthday (1983), the club's colour very similar to that of Marseille (Blue and White). The tiger is also his favourite animal. Without forgetting that both Ulsan and Marseille are very important ports and is located in the South in both countries!

In 2018, he becomes Editor Data for Konami where he will work hard for L1 and L2 players to be more realistic or close to their real levels. A season and a half later, he leaves the company following a disagreement that will never be justified. He still remains attached to the brand and creates a discord to make "Drafts PES" with a friend on JVC, Nicolas and other fans like his best friend Alban who also, ironically, met more than 14 years ago on JVC.

In the summer of 2019, he joins Durandil67 (Founder of CYPES) and will release 3 free versions of the K-League under the promotion of CYPES. It is in this team that he will meet Shemsu-Heru (Kit Designer) and with whom he will decide to partner a few months later for the K-League Season 2020 patch.

During the year 2019, he gets closer to various important people in the PES community on Twitter. He gets to know personalities around PES including Youtubers like MonsieurQuinton, Spoony Pizza and many others like McHassTv, FatalBox and also people who deal with PES tournaments like Scorem. He also takes part in Team ODD on Discord to promote online multiplayer matches as a Moderator and jersey designer.

Thanks to his patch, he rubs shoulders with professional K-League players like Mathias Coureur, then a Seongnam player (2019), with whom he will be befriended.

To date, more than 60,000 people have downloaded these previous free versions of the K-League (V1,V2,V3). Due to the economic difficulties caused by the "Corona Virus" (loss of job and apartment), he decided to get out of it by giving all his free time and strength for the V4 in the hope of collecting donations and bounce back as soon as possible thanks to the community.
